FWL Announces First All-AI MMA Event ever on July 4th free on rumble & youtube — Dream Fights, Fan Judging, 90% Revenue to Fighters
Breaking News: FWL Launches First All-AI Fight League Featuring Dream Fights, Interactive Fans and 90% Revenue to Fighters
The combat sports world may be about to witness one of the most unique experiments in its history.
Fight Wrld Live (FWL) has officially announced the launch of a brand new fight promotion — one powered entirely by artificial intelligence.
The promotion will feature dream fights, real fighter data simulations, live fan interaction, and a groundbreaking revenue model that pays 90% of advertising revenue directly to fighters whose likeness is used.
The first event has officially been scheduled for:
🇺🇸 July 4th
🕗 8:00 PM ET
📺 Streaming FREE on YouTube and Rumble
FWL founder David Potter says the project aims to restore excitement, creativity and fun back into combat sports.
A New Kind of Fight Promotion
Unlike traditional promotions that stage real fights, FWL events will feature AI-simulated fights based on real fighter careers.
The system analyzes a fighter’s career statistics, movement patterns, striking tendencies, grappling style and historical performance to simulate how fights would realistically play out.
“I have been experimenting with AI for around a year and half. The biggest challenges I ran into, especially trying to simulate fights is capturing the same feeling of watching a PPV — distortion, blur, the issues replicating the many complexities in combat sports like joint movement, manipulating, even the correct number of fingers.”
Potter says early versions were extremely limited.
“30 seconds became 2 minutes, became 5 minutes and thanks to advancements in technology, dumping into this a lot of cash, and teaming with the right people I got it to a full 15 minute fight — finally the ability to simulate every tiny detail of an event.”
The broadcasts will include commentary, broadcast camera angles and production similar to live fight nights.
“Doing some innovative stuff behind the scenes and I think people are going to be impressed.”
Fixing What Fans Hate About Modern MMA
Potter says frustration with the current state of combat sports inspired the project.
“I want to solve the many issues right now plaguing the sport — lack of big fights, lack of excitement, judging, fan interaction, and most of all — fun.”
“MMA industry growth is down year after year with only one company experiencing that growth. Many diehards have felt dejected from that product. I want them to fall in love and get the warm fuzzys about the game again.”
FWL also makes it possible to create dream fights that could never happen in reality.
“As a fan first like me, I love to see legends returning back in the ring and fighting like the good old days.”
Fans Will Judge the Fights
FWL will feature one of the most interactive viewing experiences in combat sports.
Fans will be able to:
- Vote on who won each round
- Act as the official judges if a fight goes to decision
- Call in live to commentate for short segments during the event
“People can call in to commentate for 30-45 seconds, actually talk live as the event goes on — whether it’s to troll, or just shoot the sh*t.”
“I want people to have fun and associate combat sports with fun again.”
90% Revenue Paid Directly to Fighters
FWL’s revenue model could become one of the most fighter-friendly in combat sports history.
The promotion says 90% of ad revenue from each event will be distributed to fighters whose likeness is used.
“90% of revenue from every event will be paid directly to the people that their image and likeness was used. Forever. Simply put.”
Payments will be distributed monthly.
“Every 31st they get the numbers and they get the residuals.”
Potter says fighter permission will be requested whenever possible.
“I start notifying managers and fighters asking them to use their likeness starting next week.”
Dream Fights, Celebrities and Hidden Gems
FWL events will feature a mix of:
- Legend vs legend dream fights
- Cross-promotion fantasy matchups
- Underrated fighters fans should know
- Celebrity fights
“There will be some fighters you never heard of but you should, celebrities, dream fights in combat sports. Something fun for everybody.”
What Happens If It Fails?
For Potter, the project is ultimately about experimentation.
“And if it fails? At least I can say I tried to do something different.”
In an era where fans often complain about stale matchmaking, expensive pay-per-views and promotional politics, FWL is attempting to create an entirely new way to experience combat sports.
The first event streams July 4th at 8PM.
